Activist and musician Chama Fumba popularly known as PilAto, has been sworn in as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Arts.
Chama Fumba joins renowned actor and Pastor Kangwa Chileshe in the Ministry where they will share duties as Permanet secretaries. Fumba will be in charge of Art while Kangwa Chileshe will handle Youth and Sports.
‘PilAto’ Chama Fumba is among several individuals that have been sworn in by President Hakainde Hichilema at State House today.
