‘Yo Maps’ released on bail over immigration issues he faces in Namibia.

ZAMBIAN music sensation Elton Mulenga, popularly known as ‘Yo Maps’ has been released on bail over immigration issues he faces in Namibia.

Mr Mulenga will however return to court on Tuesday to hear his fate.

Charges against his manager, Evans Nsongela Kandeke, popularly known as DJ Kandeke, have been completely dropped.

on Sunday, Namibian authorities detained Mr Mulenga over immigration issues.

According to sources, Mr Mulenga allegedly went to Namibia and held a performance.

“Yo Maps is believed to have told the immigration authorities of that country that he was there on a personal visit and not for business,” a source disclosed.

And Zambian High Commissioner to Namibia, Steven Katuka said that Mr Mulenga is now at a hotel but will have to return to court tomorrow morning.
